Camera rep counting
Count workout reps with your phone camera
Learn how KORE Active uses your phone camera to count supported exercises and provide real-time movement feedback during fitness challenges.
KORE Active uses on-device camera input and pose landmarks to estimate movement through supported exercise positions. It can count repetitions and provide immediate form prompts while you train.
Supported exercises
The current KORE experience includes squats, push-ups, lunges, jumping jacks, high knees and plank holds. Support may vary by app version and device.
How to get a clearer reading
- Place the phone where your full body remains visible.
- Use even lighting and avoid strong backlighting.
- Keep the camera stable and follow the on-screen setup guide.
- Pause if the app loses track of your position.
Important limitations
Camera counting is an activity feature, not a medical device or a guarantee of perfect technique. Clothing, lighting, camera angle, mobility and device performance can affect results. Stop training if you feel pain and seek appropriate professional advice when needed.
